A NIRMAYA inspection report is a visual and non-destructive audit of the property state at the specific time of inspection. While we utilize advanced tools (infrared thermal cameras, moisture meters), the audit does not cover hidden underground soils, deep foundation pillars, or details obscured behind permanent finishes.

NIRMAYA reports serve as advisory engineering opinions to assist property buyers. We are not liable for subsequent developer structural repairs, builder contract breaches, or any hidden defects that develop after the date of site inspection.
